"I'm writing to express heart felt thanks to you and your colleagues for the part you played in what was, for me, a perfect day. Where to start; The service was fantastic, wine was distributed with military efficiency and a friendly smile, a rare combination. The food arrived and left in one swoop of waiters and they all carried themselves with a great deal of poise. Many guests commented on the quality of the service, my favourite being one guest who asked if the serving staff knew us personally as he had simply mentioned to his wife he could use a glass of red and one of your colleagues had overhead and quickly brought him one. That feels like a commendation."
